We accept writing, visual art, music, photography, short films, and almost anything else in almost any combination. This is a place for art of every kind! If you feel that your work doesn't fit into the specific form categories, you may use the "Other" form.
You must be 18 or younger at the time of your submission.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
All content submitted must be original and not plagiarized.

Upon submission, you retain the rights to your work, but you are giving magpie young artists collective permission to display and publish your work.

All published work is copyrighted to its creator and may not be reproduced without permission.

While we encourage you to take credit, work can also be anonymous.

Writing - Submit as a word doc or google doc. Font should be Times New Roman 12 pt unless intentionally otherwise. Poetry should be already formatted according to your preference.

Images/graphics(photography, photos of visual art, digital art, etc.) - Submit as a jpeg.
​
Video(music, short films, animations, etc.) - Send the link from Youtube or Vimeo.
​
Audio(music, podcast, etc.)- Send as an mp3.
​
Combination- Indicate how you would want them formatted and include each component as the file types above.
